2004 Toyota Camry No Crank No start

I have a 2004 Toyota Camry and I left my
lights on. Battery went dead and I tried to
crank but was getting a crank but no start.
So I went to swap batteries and use the
battery in my other car. well the horn started
blowing excessively so I unplugged battery
and now car no crank no start. I bought a
new battery and still no start. Can someone
help? Fuse? Theft system? Starter?

Sounds like the anti theft system has been activated. Try locking and unlocking the vehicle with your key fob to reset the security system. Hope that helps! Jim

yes there is an alternator fuse under the hood that blew.
