Sounds like the water pump isn't working.

Any warning lights on or flashing when the engine is running.? Does the Heating System function? You might try ...touch and feel diagnosis. Let the engine warm up but do not let it overheat.. with the engine OFF...NOT RUNNING....put your hand on the Upper Radiator Hose. It should feel HOT.....HOT......so hot you have to let go. Next...put your hand on the Lower Radiator Hose. It should feel WARM to the touch. You should be able to hang on to it for awhile. Get back to us with result.
