Car engine won’t start over

My car turn on but when I try to start my car starts
to click and the engine won’t start over

Sounds like the starter is bad. Try wrapping on the starter with a hammer to loosen it up. This has been known to make a bad starter work, sometimes for several months. Hit the metal only and not too hard as to damage any of the connections or housing.
