Electrical or mechanical issues?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My Camry 95 when started in the winter would misfire and
smoke would come out of exhaust. Then after turn off and
moving some spark plug wires it would turn over normal.
A month or so later car turns off while driving and won't
start up anymore
