how do i replace oxygen sensor on toyota 2000 xls

Check engine light came on -- went to auto zone - trouble codes were P 1150 x2 and P 1155 x 2 -
went to a repair shop.  Owner said it is a challenge to replace sensor(s).  Is this true?

Both of those codes are indicating a bad o2 sensor. Not usually difficult to replace, but yours has a heated o2 sensor which are normally expensive (150 bucks and up). Below shows the sensor that is causing you the grief.
