Weird flap

I'm losing nearly all my transmission fluid when my
car is turned on and circulating the fluid I found
where its leaking from but can't figure out if its seal
or that the flap is a rattle tale to a bigger issue

It might be an easy fix if it's a seal or one of the cooler lines. I'd try to at least fix the leak before deciding to ditch it.
