why dont i even get a click when i turn the key

new battery new fuel pump all lghts work but when you turn the key nothing.
you can hear the fuel pump and thats all.i know it could be the starter or the
ignition switch but could it be any of the fuses. have had some people tell me
the bcm also.

It could have something to do with your starter..Get someone to check the starter and solenoid switch to the starter.
