How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Does it idle ok? When you say no power are you talking about highway speed? Problems at higher rpms, check for a blockage of some kind, The first two things I think of are fuel and exhaust, you might check air intake, also. Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure? You may have to check fuel pressure under load? The exhaust isn't blocked?
