Aftermarket audio wiring

Asked by vikingheart17 Oct 08, 2020 at 10:17 PM about the 2003 Subaru Legacy L AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Bought a Boss audio system for my legacy, but did not purchase the
aftermarket wiring harnesses. I thought I could just hard wire it in. All was
successful EXCEPT for the blue wire coming off the radio marked "power
antenna." Called the tech line, and they said you have to bypass the amplifier
by hooking it to some wire that I now forget. Anyone got any ideas?

I should have mentioned I'm not getting any sound at all. The equalizer SHOWS the radio playing; just no audio sound whatsoever.
