99 LEGACY OUTBACK WON'T START AFTER FILLING

Asked by SUBEGUY Aug 06, 2014 at 03:50 PM about the 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback Limited 30th Anniversary Wagon AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

, REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH FUEL IS IN THE TANK, UNLESS YOU GIVE ABOUT HALF THROTTLE AND CRANK FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS.  FUEL PRESSURE IS GOOD, GAS CAP IS GOOD.  ALSO, IF I LEAVE THE CAR RUNNING WHILE FUELING, IT DIES AS SOON AS I REMOVE THE GAS CAP.  ANY THOUGHTS?
