I have Subaru legacy 96 twin turbo. my car just wont start even with a brand new battery.. t turns over but just wont crank up.. anyone no whats up or can help?

Your car need three things to run fire fuel and air go over and check your spark plugs /wires, for damage or loose wires make sure you getting fuel. listen for you fuel pump to hum when you turn your key might be a low hum so listen closely if you don't hear the pump that could be your problem
