My 1993 Subaru legacy started popping out of third gear and now after a couple weeks it pops out of 4th and 5th? It is a manual transmission. Any idea what could be causing this and how to fix it?

It is called bad sencronizer,s,it hold,s it in gear,you will have to have tranny rebuilt,or replace it with another.
