You should get that fixed immediately. Do not drive your car until you do, or you could cause more damage.
You can do it but shouldn't unless you absolutely have to. It would be very hard on your cars drivetrain.
Can I drive my Subaru with passenger side axle missing until I get to where i have to go to repair it??/
