Switched the radio in my 95' C-4 Vette and no
sound and antenna did not go up, what gives?

Did you make any modifications to the wiring? If not, are you sure the radio is compatible? If so, it is probably not plugged or has a loose connection.

Double check your work and check the fuses. If the radio does not have an output to raise the antenna it won't work.
