92 C4 Corvette Climate control

Is there anyway to override the temp settings? 90 for heat isnt warm enough
when its 15 degs outside.

On my panel of my 1993 C-4 Corvette, l'm having problems with it stalling. I get a infl rest showing?? Any ideals? Thanks Bob
