not really , you need a multi tester and someone that knows how to use it
If you have a short then one fuse should be blown. You will need a wiring diagram and a tester to chase down the short. You may be able to find the short with just a visual inspection. What is shorted out?
to find a short is not easy.take it to a car electrical shop.
Can a diagnostic check tell me where electrical short is?
