Unleaded Gas in 1994 Corvette??

My husband accidentally put regular unleaded gas in my 1994 Corvette.  It was only ever filled up with Premium unleaded till then.  Now the car is running terribly.  Is it due to this issue?  What can be done??

Put some octane booster in the gas and when the level drops top it off with premium.

He did that first. Then he siphoned most of the gas out and it is still running terribly.

He siphoned most of the unleaded gas out and put in the high octane and it is still running terribly.

Drain the tank if it is too bad or live with it.
