Now it gets hot occasionally so I don't go far.well
it's stalled now b/c it's wants to get hot, there's not
any heat at all.if u put antifreeze in it comes right
back out onto the ground? Could it be my heater
core or water pump or thermostat?

The plastic elbows in the heater hose have probably blown. It's a cheap fix. Hopefully you haven't overheated the engine too much.
