If you're talking about the one that controls the blower fan speeds its located inside the car in the heater duct tight against the firewall on the passenger side. Loosen the two easy to get at screws and them pull it back to clear the two impossible to get at screws which are not tight right from the factory and are just there to hold it in place. Changing it out will take about an hour if you're a contortionist and an hour and a half if you're not.
