Will turn over but won't start

02 pontiac grand prix will turn over but wont start.
Changed fuel pump fuel filter, spark plug, wires,
alternator, map sensor, maf sensor, icm. It have a
spark. When turn over and pump pedal for a min it
acts like it want to start but doesn't. Can anyone
help me out.

Miles 172127, just changed all those parts this month, brought it when it wouldn't start bc of fuel pump. No over heating, no coil pack problems checked each one and i get a spark on all. I also change oil and filter.

I dont know how to check the timing but ill look it up. I also tried hold the accelerator pedal down but it still will not crank. I changed the ecm/pcm out and still dont want to crank. Any other suggestions? Please help me out someone???

Changed motor in 2006 grand prix now it will crank but wont start.
