For your rear pads - Socket set (Caliper bolts around 1/2"), wire brush (maybe a file depending on how rusty the caliper is), mid-sized c-clamp (to push the piston back into the caliper) and grease. The e-brake may need a small adjuster wrench? if your doing the e-brake shoes. Or do what I do, adjust untill the rotor just slides over the shoe and test the e-brake and tighten untill your e-brake handle stops before mid travel but doesn't drag.
