Your tire shop should be able to furnish you with some dimensions and some guidance as to what will fit without clearance issues.

A 38 mm offset is 14 mm less than stock, which should give you enough clearance for 245 mm wide tires. The 245/45/18 is only 0.2% difference in diameter from stock tire size, so it won't affect your speedometer reading. The 235/45/18 is -1.1% difference, and the 235/50/18 is 2.3% difference. Either the 245/45/18, or the 235/45/18 would work. Usually, an 8" wide wheel is recommended for a 245 mm wide tire, but check with your tire shop.
