Fuel pump restrictor

I have bypassed my restrictor and am
currently running my 99 grandprix
supercharged fuel pump on high speed. My
question is do i fix this problem by
completely replacing my fuel pump? Is my
fuel pump RESTRICTOR located in my fuel
pump or is it a separate part?
