engine problem

my 1999 Pontiac grand Prix gtp supercharged has a misfire in cylinder 3 & 6 what
would/could cause this. i checked my plugs and wires and there all good so im stumped.
also when i give it some gas (like to get on the highway) it spudders and doesn't
accelerate like a car with a supercharger should, and it only spudders when the boost is
lit up on the dash.
