Unlock code for 99 gtp

I have a99 gtp, the radio went into lock mode,I followed
some instructions from a friend who owns same vehicle
my two sets of codes are 312 and 318 I need the unlock 4
digit code , the 800 number that is given on the internet for
delco radio unlock codes is disconnected can anyone
please help ,thanks in advance

Any GM dealer will be able to do it for you although there are probably less expensive ways of accomplishing it.
