Car problem

I own a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix and recently
hydroplaned and as I aclerate around 45 to 55 mph
and 2000 to 2500 rpm I shakes from the side I hit
the ditch with I can't see any bend on the axcel so
I'm thinking it might be a u joint but can someone
help me diagnose it in case I am wrong

Or a bent wheel. Try swapping the front wheel with the back one to see if anything changes. If not then you mak need an evaluation by a front end shop. If it’s insured I’d talk to an adjuster. This may get expensive.
