fuel issues

i have replaced the fuel pump fuel pump relay,fuel pressure regulator, and fuel filter but  
am not getting any fuel pressure at the fuel rail. if i remove the lines from the fuel pump
and there is no pressure. where do i go from there? i have replaced the pump two times
now.

Check the oil sending unit, or oil pump.. Make sure the fuel pump works with direct power. If it does, then the sending unit may be the problem. It is a safety feature to ensure fuel stops when there is no oil pressure
