2004 grand am not starting

2004 grand am not cranking over when i goes below double digits.. when its
warm out it starts up just fine.. i had the starter switch replaced still wont work..
sometimes it takes a few min even up to 10 min of just turning the key over and
over and then it will catch.. im at a loss as what too do.. took it the the shop
already as well and they are stumped.. any one have any idea????

Sounds like a battery issue. They loose cranking power with lower temps and you can either replace the battery if it tests weak or get a battery booster to supplement the high voltage needed to spin your engine. If you replace the battery, look for one with a high CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) value.
