2004 Pontiac Grand am

I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand am and when I hit
bumps my entire dashboard flickers like a
Christmas tree. Anyone know what may be the
problem so I can fix it? It wont pass inspection.

Sounds like you have a short somewhere in your electrical system the bumping is causing it to move around or jiggle shorting out carousing the flicker.
