Help with Key

I have a 2004 Pontiac grandam.
My purse was stolen along with
my wallet my keys exedra. I do
not have an additional key for my
car can I go to Ace Hardware with
a code and get them to make a
key for me

No, but a GM dealer can. The Ace Hardware store will require an original key to copy. The GM dealer will need your VIN and proof that you are the owner.
