Will the Pcv valve make my Car idle rough

I have a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am 3.4 liter v6 engine
and the car is idling below 1000 rpms, think white
smoke coming out the back kg the car, no power in
drive idles fine in park, and stalling out when the
gas pedal is pushed, also the car acts as though it
is not getting any fuel. What could be causing this
problem?
