Hot-wiring a Pontiac Grand am

So I'm at a motel and this guy asked me if I could look at his
car (it wouldn't start and apparently the battery wasn't his
only issue with it) he doesn't have the factory key that came
with it apparently his buddy got arrested and he had the key.
So I tried hot-wiring it and what I didn't know is the car has a
security system. I can hotwire but I never came across this
system. So I looked it up and saw that I needed to cut the
wire and bypass it first but I did that and it started flashing. I
looked up the layout of the Pontiac and I have the red yellow
and brown wires cut but yeah if anyone can help me figure it
out so I don't have to tell this dude aye I can't help you with
the car and leave his wires fucked up.

I would think you are helping some dude steal someone else's car. Hotwiring is only done in the movies. On a 2001 Pontiac without a key, forget it.

Hotwiring a strangers car at a hotel? Really? Make an excuse and leave the area before the cops show up to arrest you or this guy robs you and steals your car.
