Is there a fuel test switch

2000 grand am my son ran it out gas and one of
the kids put to much oil in the mangold is it u could
dump out exsuccess oil so should I replace fuel
pump could ber reset I am single mom 3 kids I
need my cat like I need to breathe. Should I replace
fuel pump start there I got excess oil off
