1992 cutlass supreme heat problems

All the vacuum lines have been
repaired. Blower works great.
Heayer core has been flushed.
Still it blows cold air.

Is the valve on the heater core supply hose opening?

Don't know...went through entire system, someone mentioned AC condensor door trapped.
