I dropped my gas tank repaired it,then I put it
back up and there’s no gas flow.

On the left the wire looks pinched. Are you getting power there? Also wondering about the condition of the in tank pump itself. Other thought might be to bleed out fuel rail and see what the pressure it there assuming the pump is actually working. On some tanks there are vent valves, if open they won't build pressure. Make sure all your fuses are up to par. Good Luck!
Did you hook up the fuel line that goes to the engine? The wire is of no concern, it looks pinched, but that is only the protective wire loom material and not the wire itself.
