Turn signal troubles

I recently had four brand new wheels and tires installed. my
right turn signal no longer turns itself off automatically
after I make a right turn like it did before I got the wheels.
my left turn signal when I engage it, will not stay there and I
now have to hold it there for the duration of the turn. Does
anybody know why this would happen or how to fix it? I
don't know if the tires have anything to do with this, but it's
the only thing I've had done to my car recently, and the
trouble happened immediately after I got the car back. I
figured I would include it just in case.

The two are unrelated unless they did something intentionally so you'd bring it back $ $ $ . Sometimes things go bad by pure coincidence .
