car jerks and stumbles on slow acceleration and around 50 to 60 mph

Fuel injector symptoms for bad, faulty, dirty, clogged, or leaking injectors are :Starting issues, Poor idle, Failed emissions, Poor Performance, Engine does not reach full RPM, Increased fuel consumption, Rough engine performance, Surging and bucking under various throttle loads.

Will a clogged injector make the exaust manifold glow orange? It's not the plug wires crossed, or the catalytic converter. I'm at a loss here.
