It's likely just the starter is bad and drawing way too many amps. Common issue with Fords.

Well its turning over just not starting.

1st of all the alternators purpose is to only keep the battery charged up, It doesn't start the car. But make sure all the wires are put back on and in the right places. From there it's a process of elimination. Is there spark to the plugs, is fuel getting to the cylinders, Once you know which area is the problem continue process of elimination. So far new alternator, new battery and new fuel pump all working. So must be spark if we ever figure it out well let yas know.

pull your starter relay, clean leads, and clean holes where u plug it in. swap relay with an identical relay in your fuse box. put relay in pull it out a couple times. Once relay s back in grab it and wiggle it north south east and west. Make sure relay is pushed all the way in. Now start your car.
