Digital fuel gauge

I recently had my fuel tank ring sealed now my fuel gauge
is off and it reads "co" on gallons and notches aren't
showing up. What should I do

First thing would be to take it back to the shop and inquire. It may simply be a loose wire or connection when they did the work.
