My lexus SC300 wont crank or start,

Check for fuel and fire?

To my understanding, if it was fuel or fire would I hear something anything at all. I'll check tho. This is killing me.

If starter is not turning,check all your fuse,s and starter relays.

All so recheck that new starter,some come bad from parts store,s.

rechecked starter, took it to autozone. checked all fuses, relays,connectors. still nothing.

well i went to change the spark plugs and wires. i found about 2inch's of water in the well. blown head gasket or cracked block? Anything else it could be? im going to go threw it tomorrow.
