Where is the air release valve located in my 1993 sc300 lexus?

I am having problems "burping" my car and I need to know where my air release valve is so my thermostat will open due to the air in the lines.

normally I just let the car run with the rad cap right off the car and it "burps" itself (about 30 mins)
