2004 jeep grand has intermittent starting issues

Sometimes my jeep wont start.
When I crank it no clicking
nothing except gauges move and
flutter, no lites on dashboard
show up. May let it set on or
about 3rd try if it does crank My
radio has changed to Am and
clock needs reset.  And
sometimes the key fog sounds
like a dead frog. Has pretty new
battery and starter, ckd ground to
starter is good. Can someone
help me?

It sounds like you've got a pretty bad ground there. Start with the basics and look inside the boots of your terminals, if there corroded; that's your issue. Otherwise play with the negative when it stalls then try.

And what and where is boot terminals? Is it the terminals over battery?
