What gears should i drive in the wet weather

Your Laredo has the Selc-Trac 4x4 system. For wet/slippery weather put the selector into "Full-Time" four wheel drive, that's high range for highway speeds. Can be used all the time but some people use it when things get Wintery....not Summer. "Part-Time" four wheel drive, high or low range is for extreme/almost stuck conditions.
