Jeep 4L overheating

Ok. My 2003 jeep GC radiator blew!  
Replaced it. Ran fine for a week & then
started overheating. Replaced thermostat ,
fan sensor , temp sensor , it will peg out
260degrees & then come back down. Or if
it doesn't I shut it off for just 2min & it's at
210... Sometimes will peg HOT &
comeback down by itself. No leaks. I did
notice one time the Top hose was
collapsed , I ck'd the tube from radiator to
overflow tank it's clear!!  Ugh ! Did I cook
the heads? Water pump ?  No leaks or
notices.  Help please !

First thing top hose cannot be collapsing. Then for its stil running hot pull plugs out see if they hav water on them figure out what bank it is that's having problems Then if it is water on a plug r plugs means cracked head or blown head gasket usually if head is cracked car mixes water n oil and runs like shit if at all. If wpump was bad top hose wouldn't be collapsing so no u hav head problems That engine is very bad about head gaskets blowing I have done so many I can change both in 6 hours and u back driving so not a big deal. Costly tho

but is it hot? is the sending unit ok/replaced? did you bleed the air out of the system? and the top or bottom hose can collapse...is the a coil springs in them?
