Jeep not running on all cylinders

I have a 2002 jeep grand cherokee Laredo v8 car
was driving fine parked it went to leave about hour
later car started shaking sounding like it wanted to
die.got codes checked coils and fuel injector codes  
poped up fixed everything car still is not running
properly maybe only 5 cylinders running not 8
somebody said electrical harness but not sure one
Machanic said just get a new engine anybody have
similar issues or cab help would be great

3 bad coils number 1 3 5 fuel injector number 1 not sure actual codes mechanic handled that end
