2011 wrangler fit my 2001 grand cherokee?

will stock 17'" rims from a 2011 wrangler fit on my 2001 grand cherokee with factory 17" rims? I know the bolt pattern is the same, but don't understand about backspace and offset.  Any chance the two rims would be the same in those spec's?

...further information: Wrangler rims have +44 offset, Grand Cherokee has +50. Fit without alterations to suspension or fender well?
