Will  97 jeep cherokee loredo window motor interchange with 01 grand
cherokee?

No, if you want to replace the window motor on your 01, you need to find a motor from another Cherokee, 2001 to 2004. The motors are side dependent. So if the right side of the car or passenger side need the new motor, you need one from the donor vehicle from either the front or back from that side.
