Brake light and headlight out on drivers side

I replaced my brake light and it still doesn't work and just noticed my headlight
is out both on drivers side

Make sure you have power and a good ground to brake light socket using a test light.Also make sure you are installing the right bulb.Check for corrosion, clean contacts, if power and ground are present at socket and it still doesn't work, replace socket.
