My 99 grand cherokee turns on but turns off even after replacing the battery, what could it be?

I had a 2000 grand cherokee that began taking a long time to start or once started would die within seconds/minutes. It finally just stopped in the middle of an intersection one day so I had to have it towed to a local garage. The issue turned out to be the crank sensor was intermittent. Mine didn't have any trouble codes so there wasn't a good way for me to diagnose it.

1999 Grand cherokee Laredo . Turnos off whole running. Lights in dash blink on and off. Able to turn Jeep Back on once they stop blinking.
