i have no heat at all. new thermostat and flushed heater core. could it be the electric adjustment or vaccum line to the doors

No. Sounds like you have air in your cooling system (Probably trapped in the heater core). You need to bleed the system of air. Do you know this procedure?

Theres a bleeder screw by alternator goes to radiator with hex head like thing unscrew it all way and while running let jeep run til ya see antifreeze. Coming out that means all air is out
